NATIVE SURF LESSONS
Private Surf Lessons
Private lessons offer one-on-one instruction tailored for beginners to grasp the foundational skills of surfing. Suitable for 1 to 2 participants.
Group Surfing Lessons
Group Surf Lessons cater to groups of 3 or more, providing the same individualized attention as a one-on-one session.

Surf Coaching
Designed for intermediate to advanced surfers, these sessions offer targeted tips and techniques to elevate skills. We provide in-person video analysis for form correction and technique improvement, coupled with guidance for competition and off-water training.
North Myrtle Beach Location
To join our surf lessons near Cherry Grove Fishing Pier in North Myrtle Beach, look for the beach access just in front of the Prince Resort. Parking is straightforward: there's a free dirt lot across the street from the Prince Resort entrance, and garage parking is also available, with free spaces above the first level to the left of the dirt lot. There is $10 parking directly in front of the beach access for closer proximity.
Please meet us on the south side of the pier, which is to the right when facing the ocean, to avoid confusion with other lessons happening on the north side. Once you've parked, our instructor will meet you there. This location offers some of the best surfing conditions in the area, with consistent waves that make for an excellent learning experience.
Myrtle Beach Location
Our 45th Avenue location offers direct beach access with parking available. Amenities include a nearby pier with a restaurant, bar, ice cream shop, bathrooms, and an outdoor shower.
For a better surfing experience, we suggest heading to Cherry Grove Pier in North Myrtle Beach. It’s a drive away, but you’ll find more consistent wave conditions there. Note that Myrtle Beach is preferable during low tide for smoother waves.
Preparing For Your Lesson
Lessons are primarily held at Cherry Grove Pier, an ideal spot for surf training due to its wave conditions. The pier is equipped with amenities including a restaurant, bar, showers, and restrooms. However, for your convenience, we can also offer lessons at alternative locations closer to you, based on your preference.
What We Provide:
Surfboards for all participants.
A comprehensive session beginning with a 5-minute intensive stretch, followed by pop-up practice on the beach and essential ocean safety instructions.
The surf instructor ensures everyone is ready before heading into the water and regularly checks in to see if water breaks are required.
While rash guards are recommended for added comfort and protection, they are not mandatory.
